2018 Fiscal Year and How Animals Were Saved

2018 was a year of preparing for operations.

In 2018, we filed for all applicable licenses. We obtained our 501(c)(3) private foundation charity status from the IRS, formed our original board of directors and appointed our first Executive Director.

Our Director began the task of grant writing, seeking out partnerships to rescue animals with, more board members, volunteers, sponsors, fosters, and networking our mission in the local community.

To this end, in 2018 our Director formed many shelter partnerships, located in California, Texas, Washington state, and Idaho. We have welcomed 5 new volunteers into our group, and new board members.

in 2018, all start-up costs were privately funded and we received no outside donations.

For 2019, We have a lot of exciting things planned.  To start our lifesaving work, visit rescue partners, hold our first fundraising events, attend non-profit conferences, start a local food emergency pet food bank, and continue our networking efforts.

A BIG thank you to those that have donated and believed in us so far in 2019.
